What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All shipping is through Australia Post. You can select between Standard or Express Shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

3-8 business days for Regular shipping

1-2 business days for Express shipping depending on the area you live.

Do we ship Internationally

No unfortunately at the moment we do not offer international shipping.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently we accept Credit Card, PayPal & Afterpay.

Credit Card payments are processed by Stripe on a secure sever. Your credit card details are never stored by us. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience. Credit Card Payments are instant, this means you can receive your products ASAP.

PayPal Payments are instant, this means you can receive your products ASAP. However, E-Cheque via PayPal takes 5-10 working days to clear.

Do you need an Account to place an order?

No. You do not need to have an account to place an order with Getcha Gifts. You have an option of sign in/register or check out as a guest. If you don’t want to set up an account you can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out as a guest.
